I spoke with the owner Dale very nice on the phone. I went to the warehouse and met Wendell. Just a fantastic guy and knows his product. In less than 24 hours they had me a new 48-inch griddle. The warehouse guys were extremely friendly and helpful also. My client will be using them for many more products, Kitchen products, in the future.
